Individually hand-colored lithographs, created between 1840-1844 for Audubon’s debut The Birds of America Octavo Collection. Approximately 1200 sets were produced. All framed using archival and conservation materials including acid free matboard and UV protectant Plexiglass. Current framed pieces range in size between 12″x 15″ to 14″x 17″ depending on frame widths and include Audubon’s field notes as well as a certificate of authenticity.
